Along with exceptional hospice and palliative care, Hospice By The Bay offers community services and programs relating to end-of-life issues.
Our services are open to all community members and are not limited to those who have had a loved one cared for by Hospice By The Bay.
These include:
- Grief counseling and support for adults and children, as well as schools and other groups in the community who have a shared experience of loss
- AIDS Case Management Services in Marin County
- Community education and group educational presentations on topics such as hospice and palliative care and Advance Care Planning
- A lending library of CDs, books and other resource materials to support adults and children affected by terminal illness or the loss of a loved one
